Community REACH Day
PA, United States*REGISTRATION FULL* We believe that Summit Church is here to serve our community. From helping individuals to local organizations and city beautification, we LOVE Indiana and want to do everything we can to bless our city. Join us on Sept 30th as we love & serve our community in practical ways! We'll be meeting at Summit at 8:30 AM and dispersing into teams to different areas of Indiana. The projects will last until about noon on this day. Projects involving visiting residents will start at 1 or 1:30PM.
IUP International Friendship Program
We have an incredible opportunity to engage with international students at IUP! By applying with the International Friendship Program, you can be paired with an international student & commit to spending time with them once a month. Coffee, shopping, or having them over for dinner are great ways to engage and learn about these students & their culture! We'll be having an informational meeting about this if you're interested on Sunday, October 1st during the 11 AM service! Let us know you're coming to the meeting by using the RSVP link below! Walk For Freedom
Mack Park Fairgrounds Indiana, PA, United StatesCome join us for A21's 4th annual Walk for Freedom! Anyone is welcome to participate. Together we can abolish human trafficking one step at a time. We will kick off the day at Mack Park Fairgrounds and then begin our walk from there through IUP Campus and then onto Philadelphia Street.
2nd Wednesday Worship Experience: Patrick Grach
Join us for our second Wednesday worship experience at 7PM on Wednesday, November 8th. We will be hearing from Pastor Patrick Grach who leads Lifehouse Church in Hagerstown, MD.
Operation Warrior Outreach
We have an INCREDIBLE opportunity to show some love towards local warriors who have sacrificed so much for us & our country! On November 10th, Summit will be hosting a private dinner called Operation Warrior OutREACH, where we serve single military veterans who struggle with social skills & daily living. These veterans have been invited privately (not open to public) & we are so excited to show them some love & appreciation. We are looking for military veterans who attend Summit church to serve during this outreach! If you are interested, please sign up below. If you're not a veteran & would like to still be a part, you can drop off a Roseann's gift certificate to go towards the desserts! Place it in an offering box on the weekend or bring it by the church Monday-Thursday from 9AM-5PM! Military Veterans can register here:
